Adapting to Change

Agile Methods – Agile Software Development

The Agile Manifesto sees individuals and interactions as more important than processes and tools, functioning software as more valuable than comprehensive documentation, collaboration with the customer as having priority over contract negotiation and responding to change as more effective than following a plan.
Agile principles include giving priority to early and continuous deliveries of reliable software, exploiting changes for the customer’s competitive advantage, delivering functioning software at shorter intervals and collaboration between the user and the developer.
With Scrum and its five activities, three artifacts and three roles as a process model for agile software development, we offer our clients highly effective assistance in exploiting the full benefits of agile programming.
Our Scrum and SAFe certified staff provide training to all those involved in projects and offer our clients support as scrum coaches, product owners, scrum masters and members of the implementation team.
